Alonso back in the hunt at Monza

Ferrari's Fernando Alonso did exactly what he needed to do - and what the tifosi wanted him to do - by winning Sunday's Italian Grand Prix after he passed the faster-starting McLaren of Jenson Button during their single pit stops.

Felipe Massa took third to help pull the Italian team back into title contention. McLaren's Lewis Hamilton crashed out on the first lap. Full results...
